    PRODUCT OVERVIEW
    CRF2020PP Fiberglass Uilleann Pipe Case — Lightweight Hard Case for Full, Half, and Practice Sets

    The products of the US market will be shipped from Nov.

      Most uilleann pipe cases force a choice: a heavy wooden box, or a soft bag that leaves your pipes exposed. The CRF2020PP ends that trade-off.
    • Rigid fiberglass shell in a compact fiddle-case footprint.
    • Lightweight — just 3.2 kg (7.05 lb).
    • Padded on every wall — 7–8 mm (0.28–0.31 in) of sponge-and-velvet cushioning.
    • End foam blocks absorb front-to-back impact so pipes never hit the shell.
    • TSA lock, backpack straps, and solid zinc-alloy hardware stamped with the Crossrock logo.
    Available in Black, Mint Blue, and Forest Green. Black and Mint Blue both with dark gray interior and black seal; Forest Green with gold interior and a brown seal for a vintage, Irish-inspired finish.
    INSIDE MEASUREMENTS
    • Length: 75 cm (29.5 in);
    • Width: 23.5 cm (9.25 in);
    • Side wall depth: 8.5 cm (3.35 in)
    • Max Depth (at arch center): 10.5 cm (4.13 in);
    • Net weight: 3.2kg (7.05lb)
    Fits most standard uilleann pipe configurations (practice, half, 3/4, and full sets). Please always measure your set before purchase to ensure a proper fit.
    FEATURES
    • Rigid molded fiberglass shell — Strong, lightweight protection in a compact rectangular footprint, without the weight of a wooden box or ATA flight case.
    • Soft velvet-lined interior — Every wall is lined with 5 mm (0.20 in) of sponge bonded to 2–3 mm (0.08–0.12 in) of velvet, a plush finish that protects the surface of your pipes.
    • 3 wide hook-and-loop (Velcro) straps — Hold the pipes across the center of the case, keeping them fixed in the width direction as the first layer of security.
    • Adjustable foam blocks — Cradle each end of the set and press down from above, so the tubes can't slide forward, backward, or bunch together through bumps and rough transport.
    • TSA lock — Approved for airline security, so your pipes stay protected even when checked baggage is required.
    • Backpack straps included — Detachable straps let you carry the case hands-free between sessions, workshops, and festivals.
    • Replaceable synthetic-leather handle — A comfortable, durable microfiber-leather main handle; a replacement can be fitted easily if it ever wears.
    • Extra soft grab handle at the head — A second microfiber handle lets you lift and carry the case upright.
    • Solid zinc-alloy hardware — Custom Crossrock D-rings, hinges, and fittings, all stamped with the brand mark for a premium finish.
    • Rubber feet on all sides — Set the case flat, on its side, or standing upright; it stays stable in any position.
    • Level-4 colorfast lining — The interior fabric is tested to the highest colorfastness standard, and all adhesives are Crossrock's custom fluorine-free, alcohol-free formula, so nothing reacts with your pipes' finish.
